The Eaton Flames
This is a collection of images from the Irlam Bonfire on Friday night, this time taken by my girlfriend’s children. I like all these pictures, all showing the fire at its’ best, just before it collapsed, as they invariably do…

Fire: A year on…
It’s been a year today since I posted my first fire image on Flickr. This image, title very imaginetvly as “Flames” was that image. If you look closely you can alsomsee a very distict letter “R” in the midst of the flames, a letter which has appeared several times in my fire pictures.

I haven’t posted much in past few weeks, with Christmas and other commitments etc taking up a lot of my time, but I’m back now! So, to bring in the New Year, I’m starting off with my 700th Flickr picture, with was posted yesterday.
“Orange Spring”
I would also like to take another look at what is rapidly becoming my second must successful image so far. Whilst the eponymous “Face In The Flame” is heading for 11,000 views, “Fire & Smoke” is rapidly picking up pace and beginning to catch out flaming head up!
